Like Tamera I lost the bulk of my weight after one particularly perfect fill and the rest have been much smaller jumps over a longer period of time.<br /><br />As far as the sweets go-don't sweat them unless you are doing it every day. Once in a while a bit of cake and cookie is not a big deal.<br /><br />How is the coffee thing going? I think about you every time I go to Starbucks and say no to my whipped cream.
