OMG - I'm Overweight!!!

Goodness me, I'm quite amazed (and extremely pleased, of course!) - I've lost another 1lb.

12st 11lbs - 179lbs - BMI 29.8
(a total loss so far of 83lbs - 11lbs to go!)

This latest loss has taken me down into the next BMI level and I'm finally overweight!!! I'm not obese any more - hooray!!!
